Exclamation Large file download APP

Please Login to Remove!

I know this might be taking a fat chance but is there no application that will download large files from the net on to my BB memory card.. large files like about 100mb or more for example. This 5 or so meg limit thing is nuts!!

There's a fine line between genius and insanity. I.... have erased this line!

hi flyboy

try to install another browser (eg opera) and do not use the blackberry browser or the browser of your carrier.

should it not work with opera to download larger files (30 MB +) there is a download limit set from you carrier. Ask their support team.

best regards from germany

Ya opera will do most stuff. But they still haven't gotten the bugs worked out of it. It gives you the option to save it where you want in your card but rarely let's you put it in a different foldEr other the the root foldEr it gives you right off the bat. N still reverts to the bb browser sometimes to download stuff tbrn your stuck back at square one. With the fn limit. I miss my ngage it had no limit if I had the space on my card it would download it.
