Hey, I've got a pearl 8100 and I'm lookin' for some help.

1. Is there a way to make this thing Start my ringtone right away (instead of vibrating twice before ringing) and then continue to vibrate while the phone rings? I want it to ring and vibrate at the same time.

2. The stupid thing cuts off my SMS tone after about .5second. Is there a way to make it play my whole tone?

3. when you pull it out of the holster it stops and then restarts the ring tone... can you stop it from doing that?

1. Yes, Set your Profiles correctly to RING ONLY, not VIBRATE and RING.
2. Yes, get the stupid thing a shorter tone.
3. Yes, leave it in the holster longer, or press the answer key quicker.

also there is an app to make the phone ring and vibrate at the same time, its call vibeandring.
You can buy it for $7 or something like that.

I was also looking for something like that. Now I'll have to see if I can get that for free. :smile:

I have been trying to figure out how to get mine to ring and vibrate too. When I get it to do one it won't do the other. Drives me nuts! Thanks for tip on the vibeandring.

Quick question though, I'm thinking about upgrading to the Curve does anyone know if the Curve is pre-equipped with this function or will I have to purchase it as well?
