| After upgrading sw, lost connection to BB services Please Login to Remove! HI, the story goes like this,
I had perfectly funtioning the BB Service on my phone, BB Messenger, etc...until i updated the BB software from the Blackberry webpage to v4.5.0.69 (don´t ask me what version i had before!).
Then the EDGE word became small and now i don´t have any connection to the BIN. I went to my operator (which is Digitel here in Venezuela) and they sended me back the books, and tryed to help but nothing happened.
I downgraded to v4.2.1.66 software.
In Advanced Options/Table rout host/ there is nothing there...i ask to register and it brings me a response that the Message have been sended but nothing happens.
My network says;
Radio Data Activation:YES
Signal Level: -77 dBm
Radio Access: EDGE
Network: Digitel TIM
IP Address: some numbers
ICMP Ping Echo: NO
-----
Blackberry Registration: NO
Connected to Blackberry: NO
Blackberry PIN-PIN: NO
Does someone knows what could be the problem?
