alright so i THINK what this boils down to is unpluggin it without the safe removal process. read on...
so i bought 2 cds last night and i thought it would be a quick whippem-on deal. not so.

PROBLEM: i connected my pearl to the laptop and open up media manager. upon loading i get a message that asks me to turn on mass storage mode. so i check ALAS! its already on! now how doi fix this one?
some other problems are as follows, i cant seem to format the card right in the phone. it says please wait then dissappears. remains unformatted.
i cant find the card reader either so im guessing somnes gonna tell me that ill need that to reformat it right in the laptop nd then reinstall in phone.
anyway, i need some help with this cause i dont own a discman right....

I think what hes trying to say is hes trying to load music onto his blackberry from a laptop. It keeps telling him to turn on mass storage, but its already turned on. Hes wondering how to fix this. He also says he is unable to format his memory card.
