Unhappy 8120 full batt shuts off then shows dead batt

Please Login to Remove!

I have dropped my 8120. I can plug it in and it shows it is charging, it charges to full then I try to use it, it shuts off then i try to turn it back on, if I am lucky enough to get it to come back on it shows battery is dead and the process starts all over.
I miss my pearl!!!
I don't know where to send it, I bought it new off ebay, I use att I have checked the blackberry site. It should still be under the 1 year mfg warranty maybe but even if it isnt I dont know where to send it. I wouldnt mind fixing it myself I have repaired other phones but I hate to mess up warranty if it still has one
ANy thoughts ideas or suggestions would be so greatly appreciated, I am temporarily using a bb 7280 which I hate, its too big , has no camera, I am clumsy with its big size and drop it while I am talking to people

I would still bring it to AT&T to see what they suggest. They can possibly point you how to get a warranty repair.
