Default white to black housing,8100 antenna question!

Please Login to Remove!

hey everyone, I have a pretty scratched up white 8100. I want to disassemble and fully change to a complete black housing. However, I know that when you take out the bottom part there lies the antenna and it seems to be glued onto the inner white piece. So because the antenna is glued to the bottom part and I need to transfer it over to the black housing wouldnt this risk the chance of something going wrong???

Would it just be better to replace the scratched up white housing and use the same old inner middle part which has the antenna and just replace the chrome sides, front, battery, outer screen etc.? because changing from black to white with the antenna is just hard??

Default

Usually, the new housing will have an antenna already on it.
