I was updating my bb 8100 to the latest software all of a sudden my phone cut off and now it wont turn back on... Can some one please give me some help... thank you...

Be sure the correct OS is installed on the PC. Be sure to delete the vendor.xml and be patient. It can take up to 1.25 hours.

I tried, work very fine the trick to plugg the berry fast and use the USB:Unknown

because it woudn't let it connect, The softwasre deleted the files etc etc etc after that ... the usb disconnect and the red light flash 1 short .... 3 short ... ( CODE 13 ?? )

Any idea ? The phone is unusable now :(

Plug it into the compy without the battery. Then see if it will connect. If so, use JL_cmdr. It worked for me

what kinds of software did you download into it?
