i have a tmobile bb pearl 8100 with the 4.5 os

never had any problems until now

phone keeps hourglassing and freezing.

is this a software problem???

what do i do????

pulled battery many many times

Maybe upgrade to the latest OS?

That's one reason why I am not messing with upgrading my 8110 to the latest OS. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
