Have Anyone Tried Changing There Device And Having There Previous Pin Released?? Im Selling My Curve And I Already Changed My Device . Unlucky For Me My Carrier Doesn't Have The Access To Check If My Previous Pin Is Already Released... Help

If you activated the new device on the same line and did the change pin on the BIS site it is released.

i have no BIS plan tho i have registered my PIN in the BIS site..

If you have no BIS plan then the PIN should be free.
