Default My BB refuses to send pictures..

Please Login to Remove!

I can't send pictures anymore! They always fail to be sent, and I'll have tried resending the same message multiple times and it won't work. Then I'll try a different picture and it also fails to send. I have a full signal and full battery and have tried turning my phone off an on and tried the battery pull twice. =[

How are you sending them? Via email or MMS? What kind of data plan do you have?

You need certain service books for MMS. Those service books require a BlackBerry data plan. However, without a BlackBerry data plan, the carrier can still send you the service books. You'll need to contact them about why you are unable to send MMS.

I've said this many times: If you've been able to send MMS pix and suddenly you find that you can't (assuming you have a signal, didn't update your OS, the usual suspects) then the problem is almost always your carrier network at that point in time. For instance my wife couldn't get nor send MMS on the 17th AM. After a battery pull suddenly she could. Something mysterious in the airways boogers up the deal. Go figure.

The thing that solved this for me, when texts were still working, was deleting the MMS service book and then registering again on the hosts table.
