I have just bought a Pearl. I am trying to set up the sync on Blackberry desktop manager, but when i tick the Address book option it jumps past Setup and onto the next screen, not allowing me to set this up. Or calendar, memos and tasks. Any advice on this. I am picking up my Outlook emails but cannot synchronise my contacts. Help!

Go into your address book on the device, press the menu key and select options. What is wireless sync set to?

If it is set to yes, it will not sync via DM.

Check the other applications you're having issues with as well.
