I am trying to download the application to change my trackball color. Everytime I do I get a error message. Can someone help me?

What is the error message? Battery pull and then try again.

If you OS is lower than 4.5 just open this address with your browser and install
over the air.

Summer, is your Pearl from Verizon? The ColorPearl software will NOT work on your device if so. It is for the 8100 only - Verizon's Pearl model is 8130.

that what i was pointing out as well. if you are verizon, they have XX30 devices and the 8100 was the only one that had the multicolor LED's for the trackball.... its a bummer they took them out tho
