Hello,

I accidentally changed a setting and can't figure out how to change it back. From now on whenever I send a text message, all of the vowels have an accent on them. My menu and everything is still in English, so I'm not sure what has happened. Thank you.

First time I have heard of this? Have you done a battery pull?

Does that mean just pulling the battery out and putting it back in or do I have to do something else as well?

Just remove cover and pull battery out and then wait 5 seconds replace and let it restart.

In Options, go to Language. Check the input language to see if it is in spanish; change it to english.

Battery pull just perform a hard reset but never changes any settings in the phone. What will surely change them is the factory default procedure but you don't want to dot that.

That did it! I can't believe I was never able to make that connection before. The input language was set to Afrikaans so that's where all the accents were coming from I guess. Sorry for being such a noob and thanks to everyone for their help.
