Wirelessly posted (Hope is everything)

Could be the sim card needs to be replaced

Also might try a piece of a business card placed over the sim card mechanism and see if that helps

I'm confused by the "4gb SIM card" statement. Are you referring to your Micro SD Media Card? They are two different things. May want to make sure you have the SIM and Media cards in the proper slots.

Also, if you do have Curve, please update your profile here at BBF with the proper model.

Thanks!

The SIM card is the "brain" of your phone. It is what documents your phone number, and makes the phone uniquely yours. A Media card stores pictures, movies, and music. You may not have a media card, but a SIM card is essentail for your GSM phone to work (CDMA phoes carried by Verizon and Sprint use a differnt technology that doesn't require SIM crds).

The SIM card is white, the media card is black.
