SO, this is really bad. I have been using my micro SD card in my blackberry for a while now, and one day it pops up with the message " A media card has been inserted that is not formatted Please format the card" I have alot of VERY important things on this card that i cant LOOSE. ANy ideas? Has anyone has this happen? Formatting is not really an option.

do you have access to an microSD adaptor or a card-reader to move the stuff to a pc before you format

EDIT : or can you connect to your 8330 in mass storage mode and copy it to a pc that way.

the card may be readable by an adapter, you best bet is to find a way to back it up and format it.

I may be damaged, this is unlikely, but possible. Working in IT I always find it takes something like this to "encourage" people to back up their data.

yup im screwed, i tried putting it into a SD adapter and it still says i need to format it.
