Default Wireless working, but no other internet available?

Hi, not sure if anyone will be able to help.
Im from England, just got a BlackBerry Pearl, but I can only get wireless internet, and nothing else. Anyone have a solution? Is it the phone, or the network?

Ive tried changing the browser configuration, but the only option I get is Hotspot Browser.

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan on your account - this is a specific BlackBerry plan and not a regular data plan.

In the bundle that I have, I pay £5 a month extra for BlackBerry internet. Is that what your talking about?

Yes. If you look under Options / Advanced / Service Books, what do you see there?

Is it working now?

If not, go to options > advanced options > host routing table > menu > register now. If that doesn't result in the service books being pushed, remove the battery for 30 seconds or so and replace.
