My gf was on the at&t network and her email was setup on my bb pearl 8110...I'm in Jamaica and I wanna remove her account and use mine but my service provider is saying that I have to make at&t remove the pin from their network or something of the sort...how do I go about doing this? Help please

Call ATT and cancel the BIS account associated with the BB.

Then go to your carrier and set up your account in the new BIS
