Default Possible to record call on 8130?

I need to know if my phone by default has the option to record a phone call, both sides of the call and not just my voice.

If not, is there a 3rd party app for the 8130 that can do this? I'm currently in a legal battle and having this option would be very nice, up until this point I've missed out on recording a lot of very important conversations that could have won me this case against a very shady scam company.

Yes, it's 100% legal for me to record even without the consent of the other party. In missouri its a 1party law meaning only I have to know it's being recorded...and since the other party is out of state it falls under federal law, which also happens to be the 1party rule.

Natively the BlackBerry cannot record a phone call. I have read an article where someone was lamenting why this is not possible and that same article it mentioned a third party applications that was, at the time in beta. Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the application, but there is such an application.
