Default NEED HELP WITH BLACKBERRY Urgent!! Please

Please Login to Remove!

Hey guys well when I plugged in my blackberry into my desktop manager it told me to update the device software and I did and it started installing it. But then towards the end its just stopped all of a sudden and said fatal error and my phone was left like this. I didn't touch it all while it was installing it please help!!

Boy thats an easy fix....Just reinstall the OS....follow the above links that NJBlackberry gave you...

I saw that screen a few times while updating as well. Don't panic, just leave it alone. It's a long process. Best bet is to find something to do for an hour or more and come back. All should be good. Just make sure that you have a stable usb connection. That was a worry with me in that my usb hub can get fishy sometimes. Just reinstall and you should be good to go. Follow the sticky to the letter and it will work. I had my doubts when I tried. But, it worked like a charm.
