I understand this has been asked many times before but when i plug my blackberry in I can no longer browse the device through Windows Explorer

I have Desktop Manager version Looking at the help it states the below:

Transfer a file between your device and your computer
Connect your BlackBerry® device to your computer.
Open the BlackBerry® Desktop Manager.
Click Media Manager.
Drag a file or folder from one location to another.

I do not see the media manager at all in the desktop mananger. Am I missing something?

Options > Media Card > Mass Storage Mode = On.

That should allow you to see the device through Windows Explorer.

Did you download the version of DM with Roxio?
