Default photo file full can't save any photos

Please Login to Remove!

I have 3 photos that I have taken and been able to save. When I try to take a photo it says it is full can't save, I have changed upped the memory allowed and lowered the standard of the photos, still same message, unless I accidentally take a photo of my foot and it will save it! How can I free up space by deleting the preloaded photos? they have a lock on them and I can't find a way to get them off the phone to free up memory for photos. Has been very frustrating.

Do I have a memory card? That's your most ideal solution.
