Default Unable to log onto email account?

Phone is 8130 on VZW. I can't get to my email account online, I get to the website and sign in but it says my user name/password are invalid. I asked to have the password sent to my email and I received it, it's correct but I still can't log in????

If I try to create an account, I enter the pin and esn and get a popup saying "Your account is not accessible via HTML browser. Please use your device to access BlackBerry Internet Service."

I should mention that the email setup from the phone worked OK, I can send/receive email and was able to modify my account to change the "reply to" address but it would be MUCH easier to do this from my computer with the larger screen and larger keys, the Pearl's keys are too small for my fingers and too small for my eyes!

Help please?

Sounds like the carrier has locked down the BIS service to only be accessible from your device. You should give them a call and find out if that's the case.

Thanks, but it's not worth the call, notice I said the carrier is VZW?

They'd just lie to me again....
