I just changed jobs. In the process of being provisioned on new BES (took 2 tries, had to wipe the BB in between), I find I have 3 Desktop Address Books. One has 12 new Outlook entries and gives the ability to set Wireless Syn to Off so that I can sync to Outlook through Desktop Manager. The other 2 Desktop Address Books show "Not Available" for the Wireless Syn option and will not sync. One of these 2 is the address book with all my contacts.

How do I reset the important Add Book so that I can syn it with Outlook?
