Exclamation Help!!!! Urgent Desttop Software Update Crashed the Device

Hi All

I am using Pearl 8120. I installed the Desktop Software Version 4.7. On connecting the devise it wanted to update the software. I clecked yes.

1. It did a backup of my data

2. It Erased all the existing applications

3. It was trying to install the new applications (for about 5 hours)

After that my system hung. Later when I started it and trying to resume it is not happening. My Desktop Manager displays a window saying "Connecting to boot ROM" and stays hangs at this window and no further action.

My device won’t start and all my data is gone. It is literally dead.

Kindly please help me recover my phone and data.
