Mms Not Receiving On 8120

I sent my wife a couple of MMS w/pics and the only thing that shows up is. Log onto TMO and view pics that you received. The BB has been rebooted. MMS media "always on". Am I missing a setting somewhere or do I need to call TMO and have something done? Thanks in advance.
