The saga of my new handset (8120) continues...most issues now sorted thanks to previous posts, however...

When I now try to look at the internet, the view that I have is text only, no images, or recognisable webpages.

Where are the settings for this please and what should they be set at so that I can view the sites properly?

If I try to access mobile.blackberry.com for example, a message appears :

"Unfortunately, your current device and/or browser are not compatible for this site."

I had no problems at all with my 8100 and have the same provider (Vodafone).

I have tried all the settings I can think of to resolve this, but I'm stuck.

Even on Vodafone Live, all I have is an almost clear screen, if I scroll all the way down, there are some options that I can see (text only) but no images. The options setting is to "show images on WML & HTML pages" so that looks fine...

Any ideas welcomed - still stuck with text only...

Do you have the browser configuration set as "Internet Browser"?

Options > Advanced Options > Browser
