I had a 7100 and never had a problem with the sync, but on buying the 8100 without the net option, I have no clue how to sync with Outlook. I installed the software which asks me what to use, ascii or google, to sync. then on contacts it includes outlook express which I don't use. My OS is XP. I have no clue where to go from here. Do I have to have the e-mail and web option to sync it with my computer? I don't really need them.
