Angry Why does it try to erase my old calendar items when I sync

Please Login to Remove!

I have no idea what is happening or why... when I sync my BB w/Outlook 02 it tries to delete my old appointments. I want all of my appointments to stay forever and have both my outlook and sync set to keep everything but every so often it attempts to erase everything and if I'm not paying attention and forget to hit resync instead of okay - I'm screwed. any way to fix this so it just stops trying to delete them? Thanks for whatever help you all can provide.

J/w, do you have your BB calendar keep all appointments indefinitely? If it's only keeping appointments for say, 30 days, then your Outlook will want to reflect that change and delete all appointments your BB deleted.

If this isn't the case, I believe the BB synchronization settings has an option to ignore past appointments, i.e. it will only deal with changes made to future appointments. Try to look for it.

Not sure if you got this fixed yet but I have this issue when my Pearl seems to get down in available memory. When it gets below 7MB available it deletes my past calendar events. Then when I go to sync, it tries to delete them out of Outlook. I deleted ll the Apps I wasn't using like BB Maps, Docs to Go and a couple others. I notice it when I am using the Sprint Navigation program. It must hog my memory and wipe my calendar. I never notice until I go to sync. Hope that helps.
