Default Mobile network off accidentaly

Please Login to Remove!

Several times in the last few weeks I have found the Mobile Network unchecked, and "Off" on the screen in place of the signal strength bars. I suspect I accidentally hit some key combination or button that caused this condition. I want to avoid this repeating as I have gone for several hours when I was expecting emails and phone calls and wondering why nothing was coming in. How can I avoid this unintentional condition?

This will happen if you allow the battery to fall below, I believe, 10%. It will shut off the wireless radio to conserve battery life. It will not turn the radio back on when charged. You will manually have to turn the radio back on.

This could have been the situation, but I did not notice that the battery was low when I turned the network back On. I will keep an eye on this next time.
Thanks.

I had this issue too and I dont know what it is. I have watched it go off in a matter of seconds after turning it on and not hitting any buttons. Since this was my 3 replacement phone in the last two weeks I am going to give the Storm a try.

You're welcome.

For anyone searching, to turn the wireless radio back on; go into Manage Connections, and place a check mark next to Mobile Network.
