Ok so my blackberry broke (2 seconded one to brake on me) so i went to altell and they sent me a referbished phone but this new phone doesnt have the email set up app or the brower app in the menu but they are show in the app section in the advanced options dont know what to do to get the links back was wondering if i could get some help here guys thank you

try to register the Blackberry device
option > Advance option > host routing table > click on any of the 404 entry and register know

once you register the device automatically the default service book from the service provider will be updated on the device which include the browsing information and on the home page the browser icon appears
