Default Sandclock, arrows and e-mail not working!

Please Login to Remove!

HI All,

I have an 8120 pearl and recently that annoying sand clock has been poppingup every second slowing down the useability of my bb. I deleted everything from me bb (photos, email fb posts, cleared cached etc) and the sand clock disappeared. However, those arrows that indicate internet are always flashing now and my bb is still running extremely slow. Also, I am not receiving anymore e-mails.

Does anyone know what is going on? I deleted some service books to free up space but only those for myspace and flikr-I never use these.

Can someone help me? I have also tried taking out the battery already..

What is your file free under Options > Status?

Also, you said you deleted service books, that could explain why you're no longer receiving email. Don't delete service books to free up space.

There's tons of information on that, follow some of these links to see if they help. And resend your service books too!

under options>Status my file free says: 14646830 Bytes.

As for the service books. I read on another forum that I could delete the ones that i don't use, like fliker and myspace, AIM...I didn't delete any of the ones associated with mail, fb or msn. Also, I think I stopped receiving e-mail before all I touched the service books.

I've tried to resend my books but when I use Rogers" BIS site it says that I can't access it through my computer, I have to use my bb. Then, when I try to use my bb it says that it also can't access the site. On my bb I used my browser.

Any other suggestions?

I fixed the problem. I had an old sim card which was apparently causing all the issues. I got a new one and reactivated it. This solved everything.
