I've been having a lot of problems with my pearl the last few days. It started when it would randomly turn off and when I would go to turn it back on it would keep turning off after about 20 seconds of loading. Eventually I was able to get it to turn back on this happened about once a day for a while. Then it got worse and I would have to plug it into the wall charger to get it started again, and again it would take quite a few times before it would work. Now it's still doing the same thing except won't turn on at all, except sometimes it does turn on but the screen is very low light and only stays on for about a minute before turning off again.

Do I need a new battery? Or is something broken? Any suggestions on what to try?
