I have an 8100 model phone and it does not charge the battery. I have tried the battery with a second model 8100 and it charges right away. I purchased a new battery, same problem. I have used jl_cmder and reset the phone to factory, I even wiped it once and reset the program to version 4.50. When I charge the phone, the yellow/green light goes on and the charge plug shows on the screen but the battery percent does not move. Is there a special way to reset the programming, is there a way to check if the problem is software or hardware. Getting frustrated....
