Default SD Card Help

Please Login to Remove!

alright so i lost my phone (bb pearl 8120), which was password protected -- but luckily i had taken out the SD memory card some time prior to me losing the phone. i believe the memory card's settings were set as encrypted or whatever. so i want to get the files and such off of my memory card...but when i put it in another blackberry i can't access the files since the SD card is password protected/encrypted, etc. i can however put the sd card into another blackberry and USB that ish to my comp and view the files on my computer -- but the files are of the extension: .rem -- as such, i can't view them. do you know any way for me to be able to either view the pics on another blackberry so i can email or mms them to myself? or do you know how to convert .rem to .jpg? i need to get those pictures off of the sd card, except at this point i'm beginning to think it's near impossible -- which would be terrible. so any help at all will be greatly appreciated.

thank you for your time,

Wirelessly posted

I don't know of any program that will allow you to view those files. I think the encryption is created with the hardware information of the device and therefore no other device can decrypt it.

Don't think you can get back the data, but maybe the more experienced BlackBerry poster might know differently.
