This is frustrating and I suspect there is some sort of user error here.

When I try to enter a password on a site (any site) the screen jumps, as if the browser is recognizing the key that I'm using as a navigation.

I can enter my username just fine. The cursor is in the right place. I don't get it.

Any ideas?

I can't enter any password anywhere. Browser, application, or built in tools (such as password manager). I can push buttons, but that cursor just sits there... blinking... mocking me.

Hmmm that's weird. Have you tried a battery pull?

Yes, tried a battery pull. Tech support reps told me to do a wipe too, but that requires a password, "blackberry." Passwords, of course, don't work.
