Hi I have a customer with a blackberry 8100 with OS 4.5. After deleting an email account all the items from that calendar ended being deleted from outlook and were stored in the device calendar. As I can't sync this calendar to outlook I need a way to retrieve those items. Someone suggested to use KB19240 to merge all calendars in the device and then sync with outlook. Problem is that when I type MOVE on the blackberry nothing happens. Any suggestions as I already seached google without coming to anything useful.
