No answered call icon appears in the upper side of my BlackBerry screen even though I erase all calls from list. How can I eliminate this icon?

I tried removing the battery and its too complicated make a hard reset, because I have lots of software installed.

Removing the battery won't affect any of your software in any way. There's absolutely no harm in doing so.

No answered call = Missed call? And like tbhuang2 said, you're software will be fine when you do a battery pull.
