HI! could you please help me?

I have a BB pearl, and one week ago it started to go crazy! The trackball clicks alone all the time! But the problem is not the trackball, cause I took it of, and it continued to click!

So I decided to get it fixed somewhere. (I bought my cel in the US, but I live un Uruguay so I do not have any warranty )

I took of the media card, and when I tried to start the phone it starts on a "Blackberry Platform", so I dont get to do anything 'cause everytime I try, a message pops up, for example: I try to open "alarm" and the message says: "Uncaught exception: java.lang.NullPointerException"

I bought the phone only 1 month ago!! and it has already stop working, I'm really frustrated!

Please HELP!
