hi, i don't have yet the bb plan. can i download apps world to my pc and then to the bb? how can i do it? thanks

nope because it will only work with a BB data plan.

but there are applications, like the flashlight that do not need the data plan.
can i download those ones?

yes from somewhere else.
using App World itself requires a BB data plan
