Hi,

I'm new to all this but hoping someone can help me.

I have to have my network provider re-boot my mobile, so before I did this I used the blackberry device manager to transfer all my stuff onto.

After I did this and put the media card back into my blackberry, it comes up with...

A media card has been inserted that contains encrypted content which will be unaccesible by this device.

The annoying thing is I can not access the files on anything.

Can someone please help me?
