Default 8100 bios wipe? - 10-07-2009, 09:32 PM

ive wiped my phone about 5 times now with jl cmder and im wondering if i can wipe it "more" per say =/ just take everything out, after wipe/OS reloads it still says goddamn telcel on startup and keeps being locked (got the phone for free after a friend of mine used all the mepp unlocking tries, is there anyway to wipe the phone even further or unlock it some other way?

Nope.
The carrier splash screen cannot be removed.
If you've used all the unlock attempts, then the device can never be unlocked.
