I own a storm and - except for a few small issues - was able to upgrade (and later downgrade) without issue. For some reason, when I try to do the same to my friend's pearl, it wont connect.
I have DM 4.6 installed, with the latest OS for it. When I connect the usb nothing works. I don't even get a notification from my windows saying something has been connected.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
