Default Bb Pearl Is Sassing Me

SO, I always have issues with the trackball (but i learned how to live with it) until last night when it did not matter what i was doing or who i was praying to, the ball wouldnt scroll down, so this morning i woke up (i even had dreams of my phone working all of the sudden) my boyfriend told me to clean the ball with some windex ( I know right... like my big fat greek wedding) he told me to spray some windex scroll it in all directions and i would be able to see the dirt come out, so i did... and it worked! the ball works (it scrolls but for many months it lost its power to "enter") when all of the sudden, all the keys went out of whack, I cant even answer phone calls, i mean great the balls works but thats all it works, not even the side keys (camera, and voice dialing works) so i guess i was the perpetrator of some windex damage

is there a way to fix this?

Bet windex is a solution of ammonia and some sort of soap or detergent in water. And the other stuff isn't good for BB either.

Perhaps your boyfriend should not have told you to SPRAY WINDEX on your BB. It is now gotten inside the BB. Likely permanently damaged. You MAY be able to remove the battery and put the BB in a bag of rice for a few days.

Never spray liquid on a piece of electronic equipment!
