I have a friend's blackberry that suddenly it stopped working. It is on BIS, and the sim is fine (I tried on my other phone)
Apparently, everything was working fine, but suddenly, no bbmessenger, no explorer, nothing.
I tried reading the logs, but I find nothing weird.
could somebody take a look at them and see if there is something wrong?
I also think, it might have been unlocked using MFI, and maybe that caused the system to stop working.

When did this start? Immediately after he had unlocked it with MFI?

Is he getting a capital or lowercase EDGE?

I am getting EDGE.

she told me it was working fine, but suddenly, after a couple months of using, it stopped working.

I checked with the carrier and they said the simcard is ok and has BB data plan.
