Default 8110 Top row of buttons not working

I'm honestly not sure where to go, i'm new here. I woke up this morning to my phone doing the complete opposite of what i want it to do, when i press the track ball in, it dials x7, when i press the back button, it does nothing, along with the end call button. The BB app button to the left of the track ball dials 1 and the call button dials 4.

I honestly can't figure out what to do, i tried a hard reset, i took the battery out and left it out for close to 2 hours, that didn't work, i called BB tech support and they told me to do the same thing, i removed my SIM card and everything, restored my phone via desktop manager and nothing i do seems to work.

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated, and i mean greatly, i can't even place calls anymore due to this, it's frustrating to say the least.
