i m using pearl 8120. i didn't find any option in the phone book setting to copy phone contacts to sim card. is there any way to copy phonebook contact to sim or pc through Blackberry software.

go to contacts
open up contact
scroll down to the number field so that the cursor is upon it.
press menu - copy to SIM contacts.
Do this for every number in the every contact.

You can back up all your contacts using BlackBerry desktop manager and an address book program like Outlook. But you can't use the BB DM to back it up to the SIM card.

Make sure you follow MidnightDraven's instructions EXACTLY. The option to "copy to sim" will only show up when you have scrolled to the contact's number (doesn't matter if it's work, personal, mobile). It's not enough to be in the contact's entry.
