Default Changing to GPRS setting

Please Login to Remove!

I am temporarily on China Mobile network and want to turn data access on. Need to know if/how I can change from EDGE to GPRS which is the air interface for CM. BB v4.2.064

The devices default to GPRS on their own if EDGE connection is not being provided.

But if you do not have a blackberry data plan, you aren't going to see EDGE or GPRS. You know that, right? In your instance you might see gprs.
