My pearl won't turn on. I got it, worked fine for 2 days then kaput! I was texting, the screen went white and now it won't even turn on. I tried pulling the battery and restarting it but it won't work. When I put the battery back in the light it a steady red for a few seconds but the screen stays black. When I put it on the charger the light is a steady green. I didn't drop it and it didn't get wet. Any ideas?

Download this OS for your device:
Latest: 8130 OS 4.5.0.295/4.5.0.175 Multilanguage ESN devices

Follow these 2 steps:
1. Download the above OS file to the PC then install it to the PC by running (double clicking) the file you downloaded.
2. Go to c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader and delete the file named "vendor.xml."
