Wirelessly posted

Keep the battery out for 2 minutes and then put it back.

It sounds like you've loaded too many apps on the device.

Connect the device to your PC and start Desktop Manager. Go into App Loader and uncheck the applications to uninstall them.

If you can't connect to your device, follow these steps. What to do next if Jl Cmder will not connect and wipe - BlackBerryFAQ

What is the Pearl model number - 8100, 8110, 8120 or 8130?

How much free memory do you have?

How many apps do you have installed?

That's your issue. If you have 0 bytes free you have to have more than that on there. Where do you have pictures/music stored? Try a battery pull and check that number again.

No, you need to REMOVE more applications and data from the device memory. Anything less than 12mb free (you have 2.3 mb free) will result in a very slow BB and loss of data.

Move all pictures and ringtones from the device memory over to the media card.

That's only 2.3 Mb. You have too much on the device. Where are pics being stored? Where is the music being stored? What other apps do you have on the device?

It's running slow due to you using too much memory.
