Please Login to Remove!
I have had cricket service for over 3 years and 8 months on my pearl. I just had to change my phone number and its not activating. the lady said to dial *228, but says I need to call customer service. anyone have guidance?

This is an issue between you and your carrier. You need to contact them in order to get your service set up.

they said I need to manually program the phone. I'm checking bb faq's to figure it out.
